About the firm

Sean Quinlan, Esq.

Sean Quinlan, Esq. founded Quinlan Law Group with one focus: building Pennsylvania estate plans that work the day the family needs them. No volume practice. No upsold trust packages clients don't need. No POA forms that fail at the bank.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a no-cost consultation. We ask about your family, your assets, your concerns, and what you want the plan to accomplish. We tell you what we recommend, what it costs, and — just as importantly — what you do not need.

Most plans are completed in two meetings: the consultation, then a signing meeting where we walk through every document, execute everything with the required witnesses and notary, and fund the trust if there is one. You leave with a binder, digital copies, and a clear summary written for your family.

What we focus on

  • Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Pennsylvania inheritance tax planning
  • Medicaid asset protection planning
  • Business succession planning
  • Special needs planning

Statewide, from Camp Hill

Our office is in Camp Hill, in the heart of the Capital Region. We serve clients across all 67 Pennsylvania counties, with consultations available in-person, by video, or by phone. Signing meetings are typically in person — Pennsylvania law requires witnesses and a notary for most estate planning documents.

Practice philosophy

A great estate plan is the one your family can actually use without you. Everything else is just paper.

We work hard to keep the conversation in plain English, to flag the issues most attorneys gloss over (funding, beneficiary designations, post-2015 POA compliance), and to be available when something changes — because something always changes.

Most plans take two meetings. The first is a consultation — clear, honest, and free of pressure.
